We have Shared Ownership homes across the country, from Surrey to Yorkshire and have helped hundreds of people fulfil their home ownership ambitions. We offer new and resale Shared Ownership homes as well as helping our current customers buy more of their home or sell it when they want to move on.

Accent Housing has launched its new sales brand as part of the organisation’s renewed development ambitions following the issue of its record breaking £350 million bond in July 2019 (this bond was secured with the help of a Financial Document designed by myself and a collegue).

Homemade brings together all of Accent Housing’s sales activities and will market new and pre-owned shared ownership homes, manage the sales of further shares in shared ownership homes, and promote and market the association’s outright property sales.
